CAN'T SLEEP

12/23/2019

Once again, I can't sleep. No, it is not because there are weird noises in my house this late at night (12:37 am), nor is because there is a wind storm out my window (typical for Rexburg). My mind just can't quite down and drift off into la-la-land. Do you think it has something to do with anticipation? You know, the kind of expectancy that comes from looking into the uncharted? Maybe if I close my eyes, search my senses for the rocking motion I expect to feel on the National Geographic Explorer in one short week, I will drift off into a vacant place in my mind. Wait! What if I have forgotten to pack something I really really need? 😆
